Shipping policy
1. General Delivery Terms and Deadlines:
The seller delivers the ordered goods to the address provided in the order.
The seller offers the following delivery methods to the buyer:
a) Pickup: Personal pickup at the seller's premises in Prša 99, Lučenec district, daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
b) Delivery: Via the seller's own transport, courier, or transport company. The general delivery time for ordered goods is within 2-3 days from the date of payment. The seller also offers specific goods through their e-shop, i.e., trees and seedlings. Given this, the buyer acknowledges that the date and method of delivery for seedlings depend on the vegetation period and suitable conditions for shipment.
2. Available Shipping Companies and Carriers:
- TopTrans: Transport of container seedlings, accessories, and other packaged products from the company Kállai within the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. For other EU destinations, we will arrange transport individually.
- Packeta: Transport of packaged Kállai products within the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. For other EU destinations, we will arrange transport individually.
- Own Transport: Transport of our own products (seedlings and packaged products) within the Slovak Republic.
3. Shipping Price Overview within V4 Countries: Prices include valid VAT. For other countries within the EU, we will arrange transport by individual agreement. Shipping prices are listed on shop.kallai.sk under the "Shipping & Delivery" section.

4. General Terms – Liability:
The seller is responsible for the quantity and quality of the sold goods and is obligated to ensure that the delivered goods comply with all applicable Slovak legal regulations (labeling, documents required for receipt and use, and other documents prescribed by law, such as certificates and tax documents).
The seller is responsible for packing and handing over the goods to the transport company. Upon receipt, the transport company assumes responsibility for the timely, safe, and damage-free delivery of the goods.
