Penta almond tree sapling

The Penta almond variety is extremely late-flowering, self-fertile, and highly productive. Under favorable conditions, it can yield up to 2000 kg of in-shell fruit. Its tree has medium growth, growing to a height of 3-4 m, is hardy and well-adaptable. Late spring frosts usually do not damage it. Its fruit has a light, hard shell, which is, however, easy to clean. The kernel weighs approximately 1 g on average, is sweet, flavorful, with a high sugar and fat content. In addition to its premium quality yield, the almond tree provides excellent shade and is a showy ornament in the garden.
